John Hart
John has been playing music, pretty much his entire life. His disciplines range from rock to blues to jazz to classical to bluegrass. John has been playing around Chicago and around the globe for over 35 years and has built a reputation for his unmatched abilities. John prides himself on professional sound and experience, whether it be practice, studio, session or concert and carries that attitude with him wherever he plays.
Frank Whiting
Frank picked up the guitar in 6th grade and never looked back. That was 1971, and we all know what was happening in music at that time. Early influences range from Neil Young and John Prine to Motown (Frank was born the same year as Michael Jackson) to Joe Walsh, Thin Lizzy and Little Feat. He has played around the greater Chicago area as a solo act and as part of the band Local Favorite, and relocated to Lake Geneva, WI in 2014.
Frank has been described by a former bandmate as a musical encyclopedia - name a song from the '60's, '70's, '80's and sometimes beyond and he probably knows it.
Frank brings lead vocals and acoustic and electric guitar to JFK.
